Life in Capital City

My journey from Toronto to Ottawa. And what happens next.

I know it’s been a long time since I posted something, but I have been working (I need to keep doing that if I want to be able to transfer to Ottawa one day in the future) and of course there’s been everything else that has gotten in the way.

Now it seems I will be coming to visit Ottawa, but in August or early September. It seems far away when I say that, but really, it’s not that long off. By then I will have a much better idea as to where I will want to live so I can even have a look at some houses which will really help speed things up in my mind.

And I can finally meet some Ottawa folks in person (hopefully at a local pub!) and compare notes. Because as I mentioned before, talking to locals is the best way to get know a new city. (Even if you happen to be stubborn like I am and think you already know everything!)
